We have arrived in Southern Utah and have discovered that the idea that the state only sells beer at 3.5% is a myth...the beer is very expensive though and you HAVE TO order food at bars but enough about beer. We entered Zion National Park Thursday night and found free camping right on a creek. We hiked the Narrows in Zion (see picture) on Friday, celebrated my birthday with liters of beer, and this morning/afternoon hiked the Hidden Canyon Trail (Brian hiked Angel's Landing later in the day cause he's not afraid of heights!). We have now moved further east to Bryce Canyon and will see the sights tomorrow. Arches National Park has been a quick late addition for the following day and then off to Buena Vista Colorado to visit with Brian's dear friend, Andrew, for some white water rafting!
